We had a big water leak coming in from around the chimney in the passed few rains. The technician Gary from Select Masonry&Construction that was sent out did a great job he was able to detect the issue and get it repaired as he walked us through the whole process. He did a full chimney inspection as well and was able to solve the problem and serviced our chimney too on the same visit. Since then it has rained a few times and thereâ s no more leaks, the problem was solved at a reasonable cost as well as very professional work overall. Highly recommend for any of your chimney services, we are also planning to install a new roof with them.

I initially spoke to Gary on 9/27/2024, then again on 9/28/2024. His crew were able to remove all existing shingles, underlayment, & flashing & install the complete GAF Lifetime roofing system on Friday, 10/4/2024. That GAF roofing system has a 50 year transferable warranty. They draped the house to prevent damage to the sidelong & windows, plus put down tarps on the ground in the debris field. New 6â leaders & gutters were installed on Saturday 10/5/2024, & the leaf filters on Monday, 10/7/2024 (because of a delivery delay). Gary kept in touch throughout the process, answered all my questions, & made sure the clean up was thorough. His price was very reasonable for the quality of the product used & the labor entailed. Select Masonry, headed up by Gary and his brother, is truly a 5 star company. We recently had our entire roof replaced (4300 sq ft, 2 stories), along with installation of new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, and crown repair and flashing around 2 chimneys. All the work was done professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable price. The crew did a beautiful job, showed up on time each day, and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. They also cleaned the area thoroughly after work was complete and even had a rolling magnet machine to pick up all the old roofing nails from our lawn and driveway. Before doing the work, Gary had a camera hooked up to a drone, which he flew over all areas of our roof and gutters in order to show us where the damage/problems were with our shingles and chimneys. So, prior to starting the job, we had a clear explanation and visualization of what work needed to be done. After the project was complete, he again flew the camera over the entire roof to show us the finished product. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend this company for any roofing project.

The Select Roofing guys did a great work into our flat roof . The project manager came and inspected our leaking roof. He used a scoope to find a leaks into my roof. In total it was 3 spots with leaks. The workers came in same week , fixed the leak spots and apply a Roof Silicone Coating. It was the best decision that we ever made to find a contractor. Gary a real profesional, explained all the process and answered all of our questions.Highly suggested, for your roof problems, they give us 10 years warranty for the roof. Thank you guys!
