Doug was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me what I could do and let me know if I needed him I could call back. Estimate for pest control was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

When I made the appointment I was told they would fill any points of entry and place interior and exterior bait stations. On appointment day the tech thought he was here for roaches not mice so he did not have enough bait stations. I left a message and the manager called me quickly and rescheduled for a week out. When the second tech arrived he placed the interior bait stations but said he did not have any exterior with him and I would have to schedule another appointment for him to come back and place them. It would be an additional $65 service call and $20 per bait station. He also stated he does not fill in points of entry but told me what to buy to do it myself. I did not bother to call for a third visit.

The owner took my call after hours when I was in dire need of an expert at a reasonable price. Terminix quoted me $3000, select pest control beat that price by a huge amount. The technician came out within 48 hours, talked me through what to do before treatment, checked the house when they arrived and let me know if I missed Anything needed done before treatment, joked around with my kids, didn’t judge me, made me feel very secure in trusting them. I will always use them for any bug and pest control from now on! He answered every single question I had with knowledgeable and helpful answers, and he called when he was finished to let me know how it went and when we could come back.

Joe was punctual, professional, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend Select Pest Control. They are reasonably priced and the owner Mark called me personally to explain what they would be doing and made sure I knew exactly what to expect.
