I will never use anyone else for my Plumbing and heating needs, he's on time, honest, hard working reasonable and just a great person to know. Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Paul came over on a Friday afternoon to look at my problem. Unfortunately he was not able to complete the work because I needed my septic pumped. However, he explained the problem and told me what he had to do. He was even willing to come back Sunday to complete the work. Unfortunately, now Paul is no longer working independently ... I do not think he has the time to take on "freelance" jobs.

Paul's experience, knowledge, communication with us, and expertise in completing the job was A+++. He was very quick to come to do the work, finding out what was wrong with our existing sump pump, and making honest recommendations. We thought we might need to install a second sump with all the wetness this spring, but he inspected the existing one, found the problem and replaced the pump. Problem solved! A less honest and professional person might have told us to install a second well and pump which would have been a lot more expensive. The bill for the work was reasonable. Thank you, Paul, for your excellent work!

Paul showed up Promptly and very professionally explained problems and solutions. What started out to be a replacement of a faulty garbage disposal ended up being a faulty switch. Paul was able to fix this and save the installation of the disposal. He also assisted me with quoting some future work on basement zone heat and new water tank. Very nice young man - very customer focused and knowledgeable. Will definitely call again and recommend to friends.
