My husband and I tried to install our floor ourselves and that didn't work so we called these guys and they took care of everything.

I had some loose spots on my floor and a gap near the wall. They fixed everything and I had them install the floor for my bedroom also. Definitely would hire again.

They gave us a quote in March 2020 to be completed by the end of April 2020. It is now October and it is still not finished. They quit showing up. Apparently they booked 4 more jobs while they were working on ours. We were adding a basement bedroom and bathroom. When **finished**, the mud and taping were moving away from the wall. When we had someone new to come in and check it out, we found out that they did not nail the 2X4s to the walls. When they sanded, they did not let us know the day it would be happening (they would just randomly show up) they sanded without letting us cover anything us. They sanded next to our furnace/a/c. it clogged it up so bad that it overheated and will no longer work. The whole job was a complete mess! The flooring had such large gaps that it needed to be redone. In the beginning, we thought they were doing a good job and referred them to our neighbors. Our neighbor's experience was as bad or worse than ours. We both had to fire him because the job was so poorly done. I would love to be able to attach pictures to show how poorly the job actually was **done**. Please do not hire him. Not unless he can get his act together.

It started off promising but quickly went downhill from there. Showed up the same day as the initial request for a quote on services. We agreed upon a start time for later in the week. That day comes and I get a text message 30 min prior to start saying he will be 4 hours late due to another job. I did object to this and he agreed to only be 2 hrs late. Upon finally showing up it was one guy to do a 300 sq ft project. There were several times when I could hear him talking on his phone vs doing the job. On numerous occasions, I had to remind him of what needed to be done and make corrections and point out a variety of things that should be done. I should not have to tell you how to do your job. Whether it was true ignorance or just laziness hoping I would not notice. Either way is unacceptable. I did allow him to park in the driveway on day 1. Little did I know that his car was leaking oil. I now have a variety of oil stains in my driveway that were from his car. If you know your car is in need of repairs and leaks, do not park in a customers driveway. At some point, his son/little brother showed up (no mention to me nor did he ask if I was ok with someone else being in my home) to *help*. Best guess is he is 16. Keep in mind at no point was a mask worn nor offered to be worn from either of them. His son also parked in my neighbors driveway. I was unaware until the neighbor showed up asking for it to be removed. They worked until 6p the first night with only half the job being done. He did show up on day 2 on time, all be it not until 10a. I again had to remind him of several things we talked about numerous times and point out things that should have already happened as a professional. But alas I pointed out gaps and mistakes made that needed to be corrected. At some point on day 2, he said he was leaving to go get another tool. He returned with his son, again with no permission requested. We opted to go with a shoe molding and quarter round to help hide the gaps at the bottom of the baseboards which he was allowing his son to make all these cuts that should be precise. Instead of cutting the corners at 45-degree angles so they fit together well they just went with flat/straight cuts and leaving large gaps between each piece. When we asked about it he said that is standard practice and we needed to fill it ourselves with silicone. Seriously?! These are some pretty large gaps and silicone is going to look terrible. I also have to fill in gaps in the flooring where his cuts fell short between the flooring and baseboards. Here is hoping I can find a solution that can be done by me. It did take them until 8p on the second day to *complete* the job. Had I not told them it needed to be done by day 2 they would have gone for 3 days. How is that possible with such a small place. They also left the place a mess, but at that point, I just wanted them out of my home. Overall, it was poor communication and a mediocre job. I should have stuck with my original plan and had Home Depot do the job. But at the time I did not want to wait a month for the install. It would have cost me the same amount and been done right and in 1 day. I would not hire nor recommend this company for flooring.
