I hired this pro for two jobs, the first one she told me that the home advisor payment wasn?t working so I had to write her a check. The second time I told her I wasn?t paying with a check and magically the home advisor app was working again. The first clean was a move-in deep clean and the cleaner didn?t even do the door frames until I asked at the end of the cleaning after she had already done the floors so she had to redo them. The second clean was a move-out clean that took way longer than it should have. The cleaner told me that she was going to spend two hours cleaning closets and the kitchen but when I checked after the clean the closets had not been touched and the refrigerator had not been touched either. The cleaner told me that wasn?t discussed even though it was and it was very clear that it was a move-out clean.

She's efficient, deep cleans well, have a wonderful attitude and very friendly.

She does exceptional work, on time and does a great job.

The attention to detail was good. She would do a lot of little extra things that she seen needed to be done. When I was there with her she was very pleasant to interact with. She is very timely. I never had any time where she was not there when she said she was going to be. She did a great job.
