I can only recommend you this company. The owner personally takes care of you with his all profession and customers service is top! We have been going through still a lot of other contractors that are just (I can not descaling it) so so rip off gangsters even found on angies list and other profession website. Select renovation is what you want. You can trust them they care about you and they work until the job is done! Even after you know they will be there f you and keep the promise. High quality is what you get and profession work and clean! They work until the job is done. We have a very unique design house. I am happy they gave us a roof and safety for family and with this weather I was able to contact the owners anytime It was leaking through and rained. I was very worried. They help you out!

Todd came out the same afternoon, fixed my shingles on the spot. Nice guy, great work and very reasonable price. I am considering him for future jobs at my home.

Todd in ONE DAY completed a tear -off and installation of new shingles . When I left in the morning I had to scrap the frost off my car windows - I was freezing!! I can only image how the guys felt work in those conditions. GREAT JOB GUYS - MANY THANKS.

Did a great job and clean up when finished

Todd installed a duro-last roofing system on a 4500 square ft flat roof. After meeting with Todd and the manufacturer's rep to explain the process, I signed the contract. The duro-last roof was less than half my most expensive quote and a third less than my middle quote. Todd began the project as promised. He and his crew worked every day until the job was completed.

The crew was professional and Todd was helpful in answering our questions. They got the job done quickly despite hot temps that day. The roof looks great!

I had the roof completely replaced along with most of the plywood under the shingles, as well as wood trim replaced and covered in vinyl all the way around...2 stories! Todd's company was recommended to me, and out of 3 quotes, I selected his company based on the thorough explanation of work to be done, supplies to be used, and his personality. I truly felt that his workmanship was # 1 with him. And I was NOT disappointed! The roof looks awesome. The trim makes the house look neat & clean and they did some clever styling over the garage with the vinyl. It was a huge job, very hot outside, and there were a lot of workers here. It took about a week to complete the entire job. Every one of them was pleasant & courteous to me, and extremely considerate of my gardens and dog. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up each day...you almost would never know they were here. This is one group of hard-working guys! I had no qualms about giving them access to the house when I wasn't home...very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Todd and his company. In fact, next time I have work done, he will be the first one I call. Excellant job guys! And thank you for everything!

For years I had water in my basement. Todd new what the problem was immediately. After addressing the problem, I have had no water. It was so great to deal with such a knowledgeable and professional company.

We had several quotes to repair or redo our roof on our company. Todd came out with the manufacturer of the product and demonstrated the product as well as showed us finished projects and provided references. We chose him out of the other contractors because of the professionalism and quality of the product as well as the manufacturers warranty. They were finished in less than a week and the manufacturer came immediately to inspect the roof and gave us the warranty immediately, no waiting. It ended up being more cost effective to put a new roof on than to repair patches and in the end, cheaper. We can already feel the temperature difference inside the building with this new roofing material! We are very satisfied customers.
