Didn't complete the reroof job. They are all about cutting corners. Very sloppy job. I hired a roof inspector and they found so many things wrong. They told me i would probably need a reroof. all shingless were not properly nailed. they didnt install the tar paper correctly. so much wrong to list.

Kelby was an absolute joy to work with. Also very responsive, professional, courteous and made us feel very comfortable with the project from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Select Roofco to anyone needing their roof replaced.

Repair was done fast and effective... they finished 2 hours before a hard rain came down in our area.

Kelby came out to review the project on the day I posted the request. He arranged the time he'd be at the house to repair the roof and by that Saturday, he had handily completed the job. Not only that but he provided invaluable advice and expertise on other home repairs I have pending.

I was Pleased with the work. It was done professionally and quickly. He came out and provided a bid and was able to complete the majority of the work the same day. The work was completed the next morning and looked very good.

Phase 1 Development did a very good job - there was a vey slight issue with getting the materials, but other than that it was a great experience.

Kelby was very helpful in seeing what I needed done and making suggestions of how it coud be fixed. He helped realize that I did not need to move my attic powervent, I just needed to replace it. He replaced the powervent and solved my roof leak/non-working powervent. He was on time for each visit and cleaned up after the job was completed. He was very pleasant to talk to about my problem and what we could do.

With all the roofing work available at this time in Dallas area I almost immediately received a call from this company and within 3 hours after my initial request the problem was solved. I had two holes (animals) in the roof and needed an immediate repair. Thank you!

Phase 1 did two complete bath and shower remodels .ASlways on time !Very cooperative and very proffessional! Honest!!!!! trustworthy!!! Wants to make the client Happy and will go above a beyond to do so. No hidden cost. The bid is what you pay and if there is an extra cost it is agreeded up on before . They use only top quality materials and they give you a walk thru several times during the project.They clean up after wards and actually every day after they are finished. This was my first experience with a bath remodel and they made it a pleasent one. Good Job Kelby and the crew of Pase 1 !

On 13 April 2009, after a very heavy rain, I noticed a discoloration on the ceiling that coincides with the flashing on the chimney. At that time I telephoned Kelby Mullns and mentioned this to him. He expressed he was in Dallas and would get back with me. I also noticed that the flashing protrudes from behind the chimney and expressed this to him as well. I feel now that I have a one year warranty on work performed that means absolutely nothing.

Phase 1 Development Services was a breath of fresh air. The workmanship was flawless. I found this company to be dependable and honest and I certainly would recommend to all. Kelby completed my bathroom going far beyond what I had expected. I plan on a roof and fence later on and this is the company I will call. Thanks, Kelby!
