He did not know what he was doing when it came on working with the cement and paint, he should have not taken on any cement work because he does not know what he was doing, he was not competent to do that. He made an extensive mess that I have the replace and repair at my expense. update We have reached out to contractor and nobody has gotten any response to any request.

I hired Sebastien, after a search for the right person, to handle my maintenance needs at one of my rental properties. Both my tenants and I are very particular who works on the the property and the quality of the work. Sebastien rose to the challenge! He was responsive to what had to be done and the tight timetable that it required. He organized the job and oversaw the entire multi-day project. Overall he was responsive to the different needs of several people and completed a high quality job on time.
