Robert called me the very next morning after I put in my request for siding repair. We've spent 2 years looking for someone to do this project. We came the same day to do an estimate and showed up the very next morning to do the siding repair and frame out our skylights (another project we've been wanting to do for a long time!). He was punctual, courteous, very reasonable and did a fabulous job. My husband could not even tell which piece of siding he had replaced. I would highly recommend!!!

Just okay. Work started out great. Price was great and he was very responsive and on time. We discussed the issues and at that time he said he could cover the cracks in my drywall and install new siding. I requested pressure treated window sills for the room because the wood sills I had were warped feom the heat of the sun. As we neared the end of the project the work became sloppy. He left a hole in my wall and said he could not get his tool in there to put a piece in there to cover it. The last wall he put siding on was not measured pproperly. He filled 1/2 inch gaps with caulking to fill in the gaps which he was not even going to do until I asked him to. The door he installed fell off the top hinge so my husband had to put in longer screws. The drywall that was cracked has started to crack all over again. He also threw away the universal key to rekey the smartlock he just installed for me. Lastly he was supposed to fix a crack in my garage ceiling and he only fixed 1/2 of it. First hired this company to do siding repair (see previous review). Work was outstanding on that project ! Then hired them to do siding for COMPLETE HOUSE. Superb work both times. Main points are as follows: 1. Reliable- shows up at day/time they say. 2. Attention to detail- Little things that people wouldn t otherwise notice 3. Quality work on both painting and siding- pics available if desired. 4. Accessible- answered all my texts and phone messages. Kept me continually appraised during inclement weather. 6. Already have other projects in mind so highly recommend if you want quality, fair pricing, and reliability.

Pritchett Brothers Handyman Service is an exceptional contractor. I was impressed with the company from the first time I talked Robert on the phone. He has a calm and caring demeanor, which I thought was spectacular. He listened to all of my requests, concerns, and answered all of my questions. He quoted me a great price too. I hired them to paint the interior of my house and they started the job a few days later. He assured me that they would not complete the job until I was completely satisfied. I thought that was very honorable. They did such a great job painting the interior of my house. I was so pleased and impressed with the overall quality that I hired them to paint my garage, install two bathroom sinks, paint all three exterior doors, adjust front and back door locks, and adjust kitchen cabinet doors. Their attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. They strive on making the the customer satisfied. I recommend them to to four of my neighbors and my mother in lawâ s realtor. I normally donâ t recommend contractors to friends and family because I fear the contractor may do a poor job. I donâ t have a problem recommending this contractor because I have complete faith that they will do exceptional work. I normally do not write reviews, but I had to write a positive review this time because my experience very positive. Their customer service, quality of work, friendliness, timeliness and attention to detail are all top notch. If you want all these fore-mentioned qualities, this contractor is for you. I had a wonderful experience with this contractor. I am a very happy customer. They are very honorable. Job well done!

I was very pleased with the outcome. Everything was done properly and efficiently. I would definitely hire him again. Very friendly and courteous.

They work only a few hrs a day,that took them longer than it should. The work was Doon to my satisfaction.

Very professional and the work was outstanding

Removed the vinyl siding from my home and replaced it with LP Smart Side siding with 1x4 trim. Arrived and departed at the same time each day. Great production. Finished on schedule. Quality work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend!
