My wife reached out to Selena to see if she could take a look at our roof where we had a leak. She showed up with her brother at the end of the day going out of her way to take care of us. The leak was not obviously apparent, so she took a closer look by getting on the roof. She inspected the roof and pointed out the shotty craftsmanship from a prior job before we had purchased our house and went over multiple solutions to the problem with us. I hired this team to replace a roof that had 2 layers in a very dense neighborhood in Medford. They were responsive, well informed and very flexible to work with. The proper expectations were set before the job and they delivered great work, on time. They went above and beyond by fixing some mason work that was not even in the original discussion for no charge. I found them a pleasure to work with and have started talking with them about the next job we need them to look at.
