My furnace blower died during the snowstorm. I called them and said they could have someone out early.. They showed up at 530 pm. I had called earlier to check on status, and I even gave them part numbers. I warned them that any part order after 4pm would keep my house cold another day, because the part places close at 5. They did NOT show up with the part, even though I KNOW they were at their vendor earlier. I also begged them to buy the fasco brand ($200) rather than the OEM part ($650, and an inferior product actually with an old style solid capacitator). They would not honor my request. Charged me over an hour of labor for a 10 minute fix. They refused to give me an itemized receipt. STUPID MA LAW won't let us buy replacement parts without a LICENSE NOW, but you can buy it on AMAZON! Makes no sense. Nobody has blown themselves up replacing a blower either! They KNOW they have you over a barrel and charge you more for emergency service. Overall, just a cut-throat hvac co.
