Rich from Semper Fi came today. The man knows the meaning of punctual. He said approximately 1:00 which always means at least 1:30 in my experience with other contractors but he was 10 minutes early ready to work. He also called me before coming so I was prepared for his arrival. Rich explained the process to me and quickly and efficiently completed the job. He also has a very nice disposition and had no problem with my requests. Everything looks and smells so clean. I'll definitely be hiring him again in the future.
