Semper Fine Stairs

I was very satisfied with their work

Great work. Very clean. Listens to customer.

"WOW" is the reaction from our guest as they enter our front door, even the 2nd time. Amazing design, superior materials, long lost craftsmanship, and stellar customer service make Brian the only only stair contractor I would recommend. He has recently done work for our neighbors as well. The work speaks for itself. The process was clean ,safe and fast. We have small children with asthma and Brian and his crew went above and beyond to keep down the dust and chemical odor. Since the weather change we had a "squeak" develop months after completing the project. , Brian returned and fixed the problem right away. and at no charge. This guy is amazing, how many contractors can u say that about? He genuinely wants the customer to be happy and it shows. I read another post that stated the complete opposite of what I experienced , there are some people out there like that. The negative post did not persuade me one bit and I am happy, my wife's happy I went with my gut on this one. Brian created a "feeling" to our house, as he matched the stairs to our front door and existing solid wood flooring. For my next home stair project I will be calling Brian again.

He never warrantied the work and wouldn't come out and fix the issue and now it will cost me 2,600 to repair the job.

Out of all the home projects that we've done on our 65 year old property, this one turned out the best. Brian was very professional and did a marvelous job on our new railings. His price was reasonable too. We've had the railing done for over six months and I still feel the same about his quality of work.

Quality, professional, best customer service ever and most importantly Brian cares a lot! He put his heart and soul into every single little detail. My stairs look absolutely amazing and I’m so glad we decided to go with Brian, and not other company. Planning to have another project with him.

Best customer service and quality of work. Make sure Brian comes back after the project is done for clean up and quality control.

Brian was simply outstanding. He was courteous and professional. He walked us through every step of the process, offered suggestions and his expertise without making you feel pressured. He followed through on his promise and delivered a very elegant wood and iron stair case for a reasonable price. Thank you!

Brian is amazing and so thorough. He worked along with my handyman to install beautiful stairs and balcony rails. He showed up when he said he would and was very honest. After he was finished with the job, I called him days later for something that needed to be touched up on and he immediately responded and said he would be out the next day. Brian also installed beautiful baseboards in my upstairs. He did such a great job that I am having him come back to replace my down stairs baseboards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants gorgeous stair or balcony rails and baseboards. Thank you Brian and your dad for a quality job.

The owner is very experienced in this kind of work and also is associated with high quality sub contractors that came in to do the staining. In the end we had a very professional looking stair case that we are very pleased with

Great guy! Have referred business his way.
