Semper Solaris

I moved to Bakersfield 2 years ago from Los Angeles, and my place needed a new roof and HVAC system. I also wanted a Solar & Storage system which is a pretty tall order right?! Well, I figured it out and started the process with Robert at Semper Solaris. I have (9) squares of flat roof and (5) squares of slope. I discovered that the flat section of my roof wasn't draining properly so I decided to have the company build a taper system for my new IB PVC roof. I also chose their Owens Corning, Duration Cool product for the sloped portion, and voila! It came out perfect! While in the permitting process for my Solar & Storage system, we were ready to install my new 5 Ton, 16 SEER, all-electric package unit. To reduce exposure to common bacteria & viruses and to protect against allergies & asthma, I made sure we added the MicroPure MX4 Air Scrubber and AprilAire 5000 Air Filter. I also added the ECOBEE digital thermostat. ALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED add ons! Next up, (25) 360W Panasonic Evervolt panels with SolarEdge inverters! I also installed (2) Tesla Powerwall batteries. Why? I bit the bullet to be as legally off the grid as possible! My main motivation for my (2) batteries was to transform my house into a "Self-Powered Home! Some of the other companies didnâ  t want to come out to my home. They wanted to do everything over the phone. Some of them even had the wrong house. Some companies didnâ  t have time to come out and they werenâ  t clear. Rae from Semper Solaris came out and looked at everything. We had to reschedule the final inspection a few times. That was a little frustrating but it worked out. My experience with my consultant Raedene Solano was great. I have no problem getting a hold of Rae and I always get my questions answered.

I had solar on my old house and when I moved hear to the new house I knew I had to get solar bc otherws I wasnâ t gonna make it. I saw the commercial and liked it so I called and they sent Rae Solano to my house and she made me really happy. She knows her stuff. I talked to another guy from another company and she was better than him. She needs to be the CEO. Get your solar from Semper Solaris. Theyâ re good. They know what theyâ re doing. And ask for Rae, she knows her stuff.

Semper Solaris installed my solar in 2018 before my husband died. Now I live here by myself and if the power goes out not only do I not know how to hook up a generator, I don't even know where it is! Even if i did know I would have to be putting gas and I can barely walk. I called Semper Solaris and told them what can they do for me. They sent this nice young lady. Her name is Raedene Solano. Everyone calls her Rae like on Star Wars and she was wonderful in explaining how all this stuff works and she taught me about the Tesla Powerwall battery. The guys that put it in were courteous and did a nice job. Everyone was asking why I was getting these things and did i really need to spend money on that! Now they call me in an outage and tell me they don't have power and I laugh, "sorry, what do you want me to do about it???!!!

I saw a Semper Solaris commercial on T.V. and called them right away. Robert Alva was on time, courteous, patient, and thorough. We purchased a 2nd system and two Tesla Powerwalls so we could become a "Self-Powered" home. I'm a veteran (Navy) and love to support veterans whenever possible! I highly recommend Robert Alva and Semper Solaris.

My installation was large and complicated for many reasons including the shape of my roof,my electrical needs and COVID-19.The people at Semper Solaris from my sales person,installation team and financial team were very responsive to my needs and my needs for reassurance,etc.The system is fantastic and I highly recommend them.

The presentation and the fact it is veteran owned sold us. It was a long process occurring during the Covid pandemic. The representatives were nonetheless quick to return calls and our questions and issues always resolved to our satisfaction. The foremen and workers were efficient and professional and all attentive to our concerns. We are happy with Semper Solaris and would highly recommend them.

Rae the solar consultant has done an outstanding job for my family from explaining the system to designing the perfect system to showing us step by step what are panels are doing to produce electrical power for our house. Once the system was up and running she came out and walked us through the on/off breakers and switches. Carlos Martinez was my construction manager for my roof installation. He was OUTSTANDING. He explained everything step by step and always kept me up to date on the next step/process. Him and his work crew did an awesome Job......

Our home inspector recommended Semper Solaris since they did his home. We met with Bob King who got us all set up. We were in the middle of a refi and Semper kept up with us and waited until we were ready to move forward. That was huge. It was a flawless install â they explained what each step was throughout the process. Semper kept us apprised of all the inspections and handled all of it. Now that our system is turned on weâ ve seen savings and love having the freedom to use energy the way we want to â we like it colder especially in the summertime!
