Senate Termite and Pest Control

Thank you, Mr. Donald. He is very friendly and kind. He works well and with great dedication.

Senate Pest & Termite Control. They call day I sent request & came next day. They took care of the problem with the yellowjacks the very next day. They were very good, professional, courteous & I would hire them for any bug problem I may have.

Our technician, Trey, was very pleasant and professional and was able to give us an earlier time. He checked the bait stations and told us that if we had any problems we could call. We have been very satisfied with our contract with Senate

Completely and thoroughly sprayed the infested areas. Have not seen or seen evidence of any since then!

Tech Rep Van Dozier was excellent. He was Friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and addressed areas of concern. Great guy!

Various services completed. Multiple yellow jackets nest sprayed. Technician was very professional.

This tech always does a very thorough job and when I have asked him questions about what is in the material he spends time explaining the product. Best of all it is not dangerous for the birds and other wildlife in the area. Excellent service all the time.

Excellent

The technician was on time, efficient and polite. While enough time hasn’t passed elapsed to determine the efficacy of the service, I have been very pleased with the professionalism of Senate Pest.

Technician Vann was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Provide his expertise is a very friendly manner. I would ask for his service again in the future.

Hired Senate Pest control last year during a noise infestation in my condo. I signed a contract for periodic inspections. They have always been responsive to my needs, their technicians always arrive on time, are knowledgeable, give me good advice, and are thorough in checking things out. They do help put my mind at ease!!

Yes! Senate visited the site to effectively spray shrubs which contained the lantern fly infestation. Thank you!

I only had my first treatment for ants and carpenter ants. The technician was good.

The technician spent time and effort to investigate the source of manifest and treat it properly.

Yes. He coes every month to check the bait boxes both inside and outside my house. This time only one box needed to be refilled.

IMO Overpriced. At the same time, they did the work efficiently and were willing to come back within a 90 day period as needed for no additional charge.

Senate ruined my ever hiring another pest control contractor. They were awful, expensive, and did not provide all the care and services they claimed. I signed a one-year contract (against my better judgement) and regretted it from the very beginning. I tried to work with the contractor to actually meet our expectations and to fulfill the services we discussed and thought we had signed up to receive and they were unwilling to work with us. I could not wait for our one year to end and I have told all other pest control providers that we won't trust this industry again and will treat our own home from now on.

Very responsive reasonable professional and we hired them for a year program

Great responsiveness and was the best combo for price and rating.

Always very professional and willing to handle whatever requests we may have. We have been customers for years. Keeps the home clean and clear of insects and any potential rodents.

I have been a customer of Senate for many years. Initially, they took care of mice who were dwelling in my attic and replaced all of my insulation. The company has been providing preventative pest care and inspecting for continued freedom from the mice. The technicians are professional, thorough, and ready to answer my questions/concerns.

Richard from Senate Termite and Pest Control is an excellent technician. Prior to starting our quarterly treatment, he rang the doorbell and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I explained I had some issues around my deck and needed some extra attention to this area, Richard explained how he was going to address the problem. I wound recommend Richard and Senate to anyone with a termite or ant issue. Thank you, John S

Senate was extremely thorough on my raccoon in the attic issue. Each tech reported out to in a courteous, professional and thorough manner. They performed excellent cleanup after completion. I would hire them again. They took photos and did an inspection and minor repairs to insure pests could not enter my home.

They did a good job either a competitive price.

Von Dozier did a great job, answered alll of my questions about what was being applied and the critters that would be affected. We have been with Senate for over 30 years.
