Improve customer service.

They were on time and did what they said they were going to do.

First tech did not complete the job, the second one did a great job.

Cost over 3k for attic insulation and to plug some holes and I still had mice long after they left. I was forced into signing a year long contract for them to come quarterly, which cost me over $100/month, and they never actually replaced traps or sprayed for anything. The guy asked me where the traps were, and he was the same guy who laid the traps to begin with. Really? I canceled the contract and still had to hire someone else for my pest control solution (use Brody Brothers instead, they're amazing). The mice didn't fully leave until I got a cat. So, get a cat and save your money. Leaving my car running in my closed garage killed the mice that escaped out there. I will never use Senate again. Absolute waste of 4 thousand dollars.

Johnathan was our technician that came out to address our pest situation back in December 2025. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of his work, his professionalism and his attention to details. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time up explain everything he was doing and what we should expect a long the way. We noticed a major difference in our pest situation after his very first visit and have continued to see a noticeable difference since his follow-up visit. I’m so grateful that Johnathan was the one that came out when we contacted this company because we can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and will go the extra mile for them!

Paul Gallagher, provided excellent service, arrived at the appointed time, and completed the removal of two yellow jacket nests in two locations on my property, one in the backyard, and the other was between my neighbors house and my house. They are one of the few that still provides one time service. We would definitely keep them for future service. I had originally called Brody Brothers, but they only provide service plans. They suggested that I contact Angi List for a provider.

Everything was down right the first time. Holes were plugged and baited. No critters seen after that.

Very timely response after Angi selected this as one of two pest control pros in my neighborhood including providing an estimate with a coupon attached from their website. The pro showed up 30 minutes after his window, but then performed a service that had worked so far.

Made a good first impression compared to other pest control companies that came off more like a used car salesman. Had a few issues getting the right treatments administered but they worked with me to get technicians back to the house quickly with no additional cost.

Had an underground yellow jackets nest. The Technician was attentive and at the conclusion of the treatment, made me aware of what was accomplished and next steps.

Absolutely raging with my experience with Senate. Company was hired to seal all entry points for small rodents and bats in my attic space. Sold me on replacing insulation and foam sealing under floor boards. Did absolutely nothing to prevent the bats from entering inside which was the biggest problem. So here i am again, needing to replace the insulation that the bats were pooping on and I threw away 4k and im about to do it again but this time without Senate. Get your shit together. Dont do a job unless you can do it right. The hell was the point in giving you thousands of dollars if you didn't actually fix the issue. Im not calling you again to "fix the problem". Don't do business with them. I would have been happy to pay additional money to fix it the first time so I wouldn't be here again.

The job was done well and in a timely manner

Came out the first day to view the project and get the signed paperwork, then came back a few hours later after dark to spray the wasps. The next afternoon he came again to make sure the wasps were all dead and remove the nest.

The job was completed efficiently and fast and Jonathan was great! He did an amazing job!

Did urgent bedbug removal on other rental house, no recurrence yet.

The Senate team came in and cleaned up a giant mess in the attic of our new home. They blew in new insulation after they sanitized it and closed up holes in the vents. We are very happy to have them and also purchased an ongoing service from them to make sure the problem doesn’t get that bad ever again.

Easy to work with, punctual, and transparent. Some services seem costly but are relatively good for the basics.

The tech came out about a month ago and put down bait traps in our basement where I had caught a rat a few days before. He did a follow up two weeks later; we still saw indications of activity. He refilled the boxes. A week later, rats had gnawed a hole in my basement door. I called for the tech to come out again (as per my contract). This guy initially pretended like we were not home but my wife caught him before he left. He basically did nothing--he put a tiny bit of foam sealant around the bottom of the door. My wife asked him if he could seal up the whole basement and he declined. She asked him if he could put actual rat traps around the basement. He said he did not want to do that because we have dogs. She said we had put traps out before and we kept the dogs out of the basement. He said it did not matter because they do not use traps like that. What kind of exterminator does not use traps?? I have paid for a year-long contract. I am regretting it.I have to rat-proof the house myself

James did an outstanding job with our mouse problem! He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about the best extermination methods.
