It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. They arrived early, worked very hard in 95 degree weather to get my 4 cameras installed, made sure the app was installed on my cell. They explained how to navigate the software, made suggestions to get 360 coverage of my home, and cleaned up behind themselves, including wiping a few fingerprints off the wall! I would definitely hire this company again and will refer them to anyone looking to get cameras installed. You rarely find this level of professionalism anymore.

very responsive, came to my home the following day at convenient time and technician(the owner, in this case) was willing to answer questions I asked while looking over his shoulder - never tried to talk over my head. Needed fair amount of time to diagnose issues - not inexpensive, but fairly priced for time spent.

Ali, the owner of the company, was prompt, professional, patient with a non tech person and explained every step he was doing. He was able to solve my many computer problems after I was hacked. I was under many business deadlines and trying not to freak out. He was efficient and persistent until everything was fixed and I am filled with gratitude. Will definitely be calling Sengroup-IT with any other future IT needs,
