Senior Hand redid two upstairs windows for us. The windows were improperly installed by another company, and Senior Hand removed both, sealed them properly, framed them, and added an appropriate angle to the sill for water runoff. We could not have been more pleased with their work. They were prompt in getting us a bid, they showed up exactly when they said they would, got the job done quickly, and gave us options during the project when decisions needed to be made. On top of that, the project cost exactly what they said it would. We were extremely happy with the whole job. UPDATE 08/02/2020 Rod and his team turned a small spare room into a bathroom for us. They did all the plumbing, electrical, etc. We were extremely pleased with the work. Rod s quote was remarkably detailed and precise, and they were phenomenal about checking in with us, getting our preferences, and making recommendations. They went to great lengths to get us connected with a good tile guy, did an outstanding job cleaning up after the project was complete, and were wonderfully courteous. This was a from the ground up sort of project, and we could not have been happier with the results.

I had called Roto-Rooter first for an appt. for a quote to replace our garbage disposal. They gave me one time and called almost two hours later and asked if it was okay to come by. I said the work was already scheduled with someone else. Senior Hand, LLC actually told me over the phone what type of garbage disposal I needed and asked questions I hadn't thought of regarding size and weight. It was just as important for them to educate me as it was to get the bid. When the time came to do the work, the company was busy enough that the owner actually came out to do the work himself! That tells me he values new customers and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work. I will definitely use them again.
