Tobias did an amazing job with a difficult situation. He cleaned up someone elseâ s mess. He had professional advice all along the way. It was hard work, but Tobias knows what he is doing and stuck with it. His fee was very reasonable for all that he did. I am so relieved to have the job done, and done well!

Tobias is very friendly and very professional. Came when he said and stuck with the job until it was finished, even though it took longer than expected (my fault, not his). He did more than required to make the installation look good (leveled the ground, removed bushes and built a retaining wall). I would recommend him if you have jobs around the house to be done.

Tobias did a good job at my first project. when I tried to hire him for a second job he changed the cost estimate several times and when asked to explain the difference he seemed defensive.

"Leah B did not want to pay for the materials used in calking her tub and shower in closer, Mrs. B could not understand I do not use calking, silicon, spreaders, go gone from other jobs because of cross contamination. She also insisted that we make arrangement to do the job when we were in the area so it would cut the back the price of an appointment. Mrs. B was totally unwilling to pay the going rate. We also gave her the list of products to purchase herself with no response. Tobias"
