"First of all, I want to state that her complaint is mainly about my persona. She even texted me that I should not be speaking Spanish with her daughter. She is giving opinions about the quality of the job when she is not an expert in the subject and she is not adding any proof of anything. She is quoting other contractors' opinions but she is not presenting their opinions as evidence. This is important because this is a forum to review the quality of the job done and not about the personality of the contractor or to gossip, hard proof should be presented when accusing someone like this. She is stating I am not honest and that I am inexperienced but I have a lot of reviews on this platform that state otherwise, I also have all the conversation history with her to prove how I always explain beforehand the difficulties and probable results of the job given the accessories my clients choose. Most of the time my clients take into account my opinions before purchasing. The first time I went to estimate the bathroom project, she offered me three different projects, so she asked for the best price possible to give all the projects to me. So she tricked me into believing I will have more work for her after this job. I offered to help her choose accessories that were the best options given what we discussed and the structure of the place that used to be a barn. I also offered to pick them up and even give her my Lowe discount so that she could get a better price. She chose whatever accessories she wanted without my consultation. When I started working on the project after she accepted the estimate, she started adding different things to do that were not quoted. Like the window, she mentions, flooring, etc. She now is saying I am not experienced in this but in reality, I was focusing on what was agreed. She had the half bathroom next to a new room we were making and it was with a shop plastic sink and cement floor. All the drywall is unfinished in the entire house, as you know it is almost impossible to cover the joints if it is not covered with spray. I told her about this before starting the job and she said she did not care that it was a barn converted into a house. With that understanding, I made the budget and agreed to work. This is important because she is saying the job is of bad quality when we agreed on what it would look like given the constraints in the bathroom. To design the bathroom floor plan, I asked her how she wanted the door to open, she said in, but she changed four times, and after I lifted the walls suddenly she asked me if we could do a pocket door instead, so I had to tell her she should have mentioned it before I built the wall. Did she say: do not worry, let open it to open inside to the right, not to the left. But no it will be better to the outside. She took two weeks to give me the opening size and where it was going to open. When we went to the hardware store she chose everything that the store did not have in stock so the Pro desk helped me to order the items as they know me very well. She chose a very sophisticated water mixer valve and very heavy, (since the mixing properties are on the same handle not separated) so I had to structure behind the shower stall a wood frame that could receive big screws to hold it, with very little space inside since the outside walls of the barn are only four inches with instead of six as a normal house outer walls. A one-inch thick board would not hold, install a 2x4 piece. She ordered it, even with my suggestion that we should think about something else, she only cared for the big shower head so we could install that to any other kit. Everything I suggested or had an opinion on, she would ignore and get something totally different even when I explained how it would look in the end. I could not fit here all I needed to say. Is more and more."

"I finish all the project with all the little details she wanted. She make me re do all the grouting just because couple of little holes that pop out instead of Re-filling those holes. She bought the wrong grout and she blamed it on me and that the jobs was not well done. It is not true, but to the customer wherever she wants so I agree to scrape off all of the grout on floor and three walls. She is a very manipulating customer very hard to work with and she wants to do the jobs in different timing sections because she is busy and not let me do the work all at once. I would not recommend for anyone to work for her. It was so hard to understand her on what she wanted. She offer to come and do her other bathroom. NO THANKS!"
