Mama Meg The Clean Queen

Meghan has been great for us! She is kind to our dogs which a lot of cleaners don't seem to like, she is thorough and respectful. She's very picky about her cleaning and the house always smells great when she leaves. Highly recommended!

My roommate and I had a terrible experience with the cleaner - Meghan. We were trying to find a cleaner for our rental and spoke to Meghan over the phone. Her initial response was great - she talked about how detailed and thorough she is and quoted a fair price. Based on that, we booked her for a date a week later and even said no to other cleaners. A few hours before the scheduled appointment, she texted saying she was caught up cleaning an airbnb and asked to reschedule. My roommate was very understanding and agreed to a later date - even though our cleaning was urgent. Four days later, even after confirming with her the night before, she texted at 7 a.m. on the morning of the booking saying her child was sick and she needed to cancel again. We had been patient and accommodating each time, but this last-minute cancellation with no real apology or accountability was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time going by the 5-star reviews online, save yours!

Mama Meg is fantastic, She has been cleaning my home for almost a year and I have nothing but the highest praise for Megan. She's efficient and thorough. Megan is that b****. She is understanding easy to talk to and makes you feel comorrrable with her in your house when youâ re not home. aside from her amazing customer service, she did a phenomenal job cleaning my house. as a busy mom of 2 toddlers- her work was cut out for her and i came home to a fresh and sparkling home. couldnâ t recommend her enough. she is great.

Megan did a great job cleaning my whole house after a broken pipe leak that required demolition of the kitchen ceiling and parts of two hallway walls. There was plaster dust on literally every inch of my house, eight rooms and two bathrooms. Megan cleaned the ceilings, walls, woodwork, floors and furniture. She also helped me put on two new bed skirts and rehung my drapes after I washed them. This was a huge project but Megan joyfully and professionally took on this challenge. Megan is a friendly young woman who is dedicated and proud of her profession and happy to assist others in keeping a clean house in which to enjoy life.
