I first called David in 2008 to fix what another guy screwed up. He was able to repair, and service my equipment for a good price. I have used his service ever since and cannot say enough good things about him, he always returns calls and shows up when supposed to. He is always looking for ways for me to save money. He guarantees his work and stands by that. You cannot go wrong using his service, I highly recommend!

David responded promptly, came when he said he would, was friendly, professional, careful to show me everything that needed tobe done, and took before and after pictures. He assured me that if anything wasn't right, I could call him and he'd come right back. I believed him.

David called me while I was still on the Service Magic web site. Talk about prompt response! He showed up on time, corrected the problem and serviced the furnace. He was plesant, knowledgeable, professional and above all reasonable and fair in what he charged for the work. I will use him again and recommend him to others. This is the second time I have used a service magic contractor and both times I was thoroughly satisfied.

I had troubleshooted my air-conditioning problem and thought it was most likely low refrigerant (and leak to cause the low refrigerant). I called over 8 different companies to get estimates for service call and cost for R410A refrigerant - with wide differents in cost (1st lb of R410A from $20 to $80). David's estimate was very reasonable, so I agreed to use him. David arrived on schedule and was helpful in explaining the work he was doing - which helped my understanding of our air conditioning system. Cost was reasonable. Work area was left clean. I'd give high recommendation to David.

Knowledgeable, Honest & Effective

Came home on a Saturday night late,found that my hot water heater was leaking. Call Sensible HVAC and got David. He told me what to do and said he would be there first thing Sunday morning. David got here 9am, got a new water heater and had it up a running in a few hours.Great service and great guy. I will definitively call David for any furture problems.

The owner called back immediately an interview was conducted a price was given, an a appointment was made. On the day of the service the bille was written up for more than the price that was agreed. He didnt remember what was agreed. future deal breaker.

I am so glad I received the referral from servicemagic for Sensible HVAC. I was having alot of trouble getting service on my furnace which we needed immediately. David came the same day and took care of the problem for us. He did a great job. Because of his great service and reliability we were able to get a sales contract on our home!!!

dave came right out...fixed my broken a/c line ..had my unit up and running before i knew it i had a/c...it was raining hard out ...he still continued to work...he was very presentable...and showed up when he said he was....you dont often find that....i would definatly use him again...and recomend him to other friends and family...
