The first time they came out charged me $350 to caulk the J channel about a 5 min job and you don't caulk J channel. I called the owner because it still leaks and this was not done correctly. $350 for 5 min caulk, he said this was his minimum charge. The second time and more patching the J channel and it is still leaking and so again I called the owner. This guy is one of those people you can't reason with, and the third time of not removing the vinyl siding and patching again it still was leaking. Any professional roofer, it should not take 3 times and still not fix the leak I had them out a total of 3 times and it still leaks. I talked to the owner and told him the vinyl siding needs to come off to get to the problem and he refused to do this. I called a new company and they came out and had to removed all the patch job from the first 3 times and then removed the siding, did the correct job and all is well.

Kellie came out very promptly gave me an estimate. I agreed with the price and signed a contract. They got my money and did a little repair, I have not been able to get in touch with them again to come back and finish the job. There were five leaks. They fixed two of them and I still l have 3.That was back in September I gave them a gallon of a roofing paint and w tubes of calking that was recommended by Home Depot. I don't think they used all the paint with what they did. I was very pleased with the promptness of the company and the work they did, but why can they not come back and finish the job? I have called Kelli and e-mailed Sensible Roofing but get no response.

Gentleman came from the company and partially repaired the problem. I could not get him back , he would not answer phone or return calls. Co. Said he did the repair on his own. They would have him call me. Later, I tried to hire the company to finish the job and they would not do so. I finally found someone else to re-repair and finish job. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor quality work. Roof leaked 3 more times in the same spot after their repair and with the most recent leak have not received call back after requests for follow-up. I will say they are pleasant enough when they finally do return calls. Initial repair was pricey and after the repair leaked was "fixed" with caulking. The initial evaluation of the cause of the leak was obviously incorrect and instead of finding out why the roof is really leaking they continue to add caulking to the roof. Have written off the money spent and will be hiring a different company to fix it correctly.

They were on time completed the repair same day and gentleman that came out was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Kelli did a very good job with the roof repairs. He arrived on the same day that I called him. No leaks! Very professional in his appearance and very courteous. I would definitely call on him again.

The roofer showed up only hours after my phone call, explained everything and did the work in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Sensible Roofing.

We had had many storms back to back and I noticed 3 leaks in my roof. It was a holiday weekend and in a panic, I left messages for about 8 different companies. This was the only company that called me back that day. Brock came by and gave me an estimate, then came over the next day to complete the job. Great customer service, hauled off all of the old materials, explained everything well. Very positive experience. Then, a week later....the test. Strong storm. No more leaks! Yay! Thank you!

I really don't know about the value for the money because I didn't get any others bids on the repair. I do know they called me within a couple of hours of my posting a request on HomeAdvisor.com, and Tony came out the very next day as promised. He checked my roof problem and took pictures to show me. At my okay, he then got the materials and made the repairs that same day. (I had been trying to get another guy out here for 2 months and he kept putting me off.) Tony was courteous and efficient, and appears to have done an excellent job. The price seems reasonable to me, but again, I don't really have any experience in these matters as I am a recent widow.

A man came in a timely manner and did the repair. That was on a Wednesday. We paid him. Then Saturday it rained again and the leak was just as bad. We called back on Saturday night he returned the call Sunday was going to be her Thursday said his truck was in the shop. Will be there Saturday between1and 3. This is Sunday and he hasn't made it yet and it is going to rain again tonight. Not happy. Melissa

The company was not able to solve the problem, and after two attempts, quoted a more extensive repair for over $500. I called another company and they discovered and repaired the problem for $50. The issue was something that was missed on the first two attempts by Sensible Roofing. I gave this company 1 star for reliability because they very rarely showed up on time, or did not show up for several days after establishing after arranging a date for the repair. Buyer beware - stay away

They were fast, answered the phone every time, and had great customer relations. Thank you guys for the hard work.

I would never recommend this company. They showed up on time but that was all they did right. They nailed the vinyl siding through the face of the vinyl not like it should be. They didn't provide a receipt said they would mail it. Receipt never came. The following day the vinyl was loose on the opposite side if the same panel.

He was very informative before he did anything. Came when he said he would.

They were quick to find the problem, they took pics to show me both before and after the repair. They know what they are doing and get the job done with delay. The fee was very reasonable, the other contractors I had come out did not even get back to me with a price.

After a bad experience with a local roofer a week earlier, I decided to try this service. I received a call within 10 minutes of my request submission, and the technician was able to rearrange his schedule to come within 2-3 hours. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the option of doing the repair or checking with others for a second opinion. The warranty offered was to come back and repair the leak at no additional charge. I agreed to have him do the repair since it was mid-afternoon on a Friday and rain was forecast for the weekend. A little expensive, but solved the problem.

I was very impressed with this company. I checked for roofing companies in my area in the early afternoon and got a call just a couple of hours later. Tony came out to the house and looked at the damage that evening and could also fix it right away. He checked the chimney a little more carefully and found cracks that I hadn't noticed before but could clearly see after he pointed them out. This was on a Friday and he will fix my chimney on Monday.

I never met anyone, the entire job was discussed over the phone. I was charged a little much, but it is complete. I was hoping the repair would not show, but it does. It was completed in one day and while it was starting to rain. I was impressed with that. Payment was completed through Pay Pal and an invoice was emailed to me with warranty.
