I am disappointed with the service provided by Sentenel Systems. They worked on installing my fence for about 10 weeks and never finished the job. Items on my punch-out list were never completed. The quality of their work was poor at best. It has been 8 months since they stopped working on my project and these are some of the problems I must address: 1) The wrought iron portion of the fence was not primed and painted properly so it has rust showing all over the fence and gates. 2) They never returned to install plastic caps on the bottom of the wrought iron pickets and on the gate to seal them and prevent rusting. 3) Portions of the wooden fence will need to be replace because the boards are warpped. 4) Sections of the wooden fence were not nailed securely. The salesman I worked with talked a very game but he did not live up to his statements. He would promise to complete the work, even if he had to do it himself. But his words turned out to be more empty promises. In fairness, I must say I like the design of the wrought iron portion of my fence. However, the finishing work was terrible. I am currently soliciting other contractors to get the job completed. In my opinion, Justin and Nick are not reputable contractors. In the beginning I was told that they wanted to use my project as an advertisement for additional work in the Cypress area. At some point, they must have realized the shoddy work because no one ever returned to take pictures for their portfolio. I would NOT recommend Sentenel Systems to any other homeowner.
