"I am sorry we were not able to take on you project Thomas. I see here you were in need of quick attendance to your needs and our scheduling did not allow us to repair your tile. May 2020 was a hard time to take on interior work responsibly as everyone adjusted to the pandemic, and we had two large remodel projects in full swing going on at the time. I would have started and finished your tile repair if we had agreed to the project. We take pride in our work and look to serve our customers well. I hope you would still consider us again."
