Sentinel is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We noticed a bed bug prob, and he confirmed it with pictures, did a thorough inspection and walked us through the process he used and what we could do to help. He was exceptionally professional and available as we went through the treatment. There is no question I would recommend Sentinel to anyone who needed help with pests in and around their home.

We have a mouse problem. He is checking out our home trying to find entry points of mice. Beyond that, he is helping to seal up those points! He is knowledgeable. He is NOT a service that simply "sets traps"!

We hired Stephan to come take care of our spider/black widow problem. I was so impressed with him. He knew so much and was very well educated in his field. We reached out online just to get a quote and he called us back within a couple of minutes. Not only that he was able to come that day and do our first service. He helped fix our problem in the inside and outside. We were very pleased. 10 out of 10 recommend.
