The methods used were unclear the person that did the work was not the one called; person who came did not come with company identification as promised, he did show his drivers license from TX; he did the work at a cost that was beyond what was quoted with the replacement of 2 deadblots the cost was over $300, $20 to cut a padlock off the shed and in addition when he had to come back at $20 for the screen door lock replaced by him but couldn't lock it with key and pull key out said it wasn't part of his job did locks not doors fixed at extra cost. Overall the cost to a senior citizen was much more then anticipated, but paid them.

"Homeowner ask for a Quote for 9 locks to re-key he count the door instead locks and and up with 12 locks, he refuse to pay for the extra re-key ,he didn't understand that he need to pay more because he gut more locks , I m sorry for his disappointment , but we don't work for free and r prices is very low"

This company called right away, but there was somewhat of a language barrier which resulted in a miscommunication. I told him I didn't want to have to unlock my door to get out and he installed that type of lock anyway and refused to come back out and change it...

He was late and I had to call several times to reschedule, but he did take something off the price. The door knob did not look like it was made for the exterior, but I was told it was. Also the door knob looks like someone can wedge a tool in there and pry it open.
