Josh come out performed a through investigation ,without him could have bought a lemon ? .He got down & dirty was amazed of all the findings. Peeled house back like an onion. House looked ok Josh say not so fast. Potential Buyers of Homes Josh is the right man for the job.

Professional job all around..excellent communication of issues post inspection

Josh is very friendly and explained all his findings to us so we understood. Appreciated his expertise!

Josh called me immediately within a minute of me inquiring about service. He's very pleasant and he covers everything I need covered and told me that in the event we have a pest problem he will recommend somebody for that as well. I had to set my appointment back at my brokers request and I emailed Josh to let him know that we still may not get the loan approved even though we've qualified and so I needed to set the appointment back to the 9th day considering we have 10 days and told him the situation that I may have jumped the gun just a little bit and that it's possible we would be out the money if he chose to keep it because we signed a contract. I have not heard back from him yet but I have a funny feeling he's a good businessman and may work with me on this especially if he doesn't have to do the inspection. I would hate to put out $450 for an inspection that he didn't need to do just because I signed a contract but I don't get that feeling from him. So far I would highly recommend him and even if he does keep the money it's my fault for signing the contract so I'd still give him five stars for his quick response and his pleasant demeanor.

SELLER BEWARE, THIS GUY IS THOUROUGH WITH WHAT HE IS LICENSED TO DO. MY EXPERIENCE WAS I WANTED TO BUy HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE., 1/2 WAY ACROSS COUNTRY. HE DROVE OVER 150 MILES AND DID AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB. HE HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR AS WELL. AFTER HE DID IT, REALTOR DECIDED TO TELL ME IT WAS AN AUCTION. 45 MINUTES TO CLOSE NOW. SCAM FROM GET GO, BUT ITS CHEAPER SO FAR AND I KNOW WHAT I AM GETTING INTO. SPEND NOW BEFORE DOLLAR HITS 50 CENTS THANKS TO AN ILLEGIMATE PRESIDENT.
