Septic 911

Brandon Miller (Septic 911) installed a septic system at our residence in April of 2021. While installing the system, he did not remove rock from our yard as he said he would (the rock was not to be placed in the yard in the first place). While working, our sidewalk was broken and he did not repair it as per our contractual agreement. He did not install risers for the septic tank clean-out tube and did not backfill the septic tank hole. Finally, he did not haul off the old septic tank per our contractual agreement. After contacting Brandon Miller (Septic 911) several times, he finally quit answering his phone. If you are considering hiring Brandon Miller (Septic 911) **DONT!**

I paid almost $ 300.00 to fix a leaky bathtub faucet that still leaks.

They ook $2,186 from me as a **down payment** and I never saw Brandon Miller again. Did not answer his phone. Completely dishonest person and a fraud. Run!

Brandon is a salesman, but unreliable. He installed a new system for me at my elderly mothers home over 7 weeks ago but still has not finished the job. He makes a lot of promises but does not follow up. I would not recommend his service. If only I had the opportunity to do over, I would spend more on reliable service. I am crossing my fingers there are not issues with his work that I was not able to see.

Brandon, the owner talks as if he had a world of experience but does not deliver what he promised. He started my lateral field 2 and a half months ago and has not come back to finish the work, two of the lines are leaking sewage to the surface and even though he is aware of it has not done anything to fix the problem, to me, he is unreliable and irresponsible.

The fact that courtesy and was able to accommodate us the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr. Miller gave me an assessment, showed me the problem when it was dug up, and then showed me his repair before filling it back in. Very fair price and good work!

Mr. Miller and his team were fast, efficient, and courteous. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire this professional again for any plumbing needs.

Fast and efficient

I hired Mr. Miller to fix the low water pressure in my house. His solution was to change my pipes. At the end of the day, he considered himself done. I did not see any improvement in my water pressure. Mr. Miller said that he would return the next business day to continue working on the problem. He never came back. I am very unhappy with the work Mr. Miller did, and will not hire him again. I do not recommend Mr. Miller or his company Septic 911.

Brandon did an outstanding job! He was timely, and diagnosed our problem immediately, and installed our new water heater without delay. We appreciated his professionalism! Thanks again!!
