Septic Tank Cleaning or Pump Out
Septic express quickly found our blockage problem that was supposed to have been replaced by another company previously. Our septic system has been working very efficiently. The workers cleaned and grated the area when finished, so after the grass grew in you couldn't find the part that was dug up. Would definitely recommend septic express.

Nick was very informed on the necessary steps to help us with our problems with our septic tank and field lines. Nick was teaching us on this experience. He stayed late to actually speak with us and tell us step by step what needed to happen and how the process would go and work. Nick is an absolute asset to this company. The Tera Lift procedure was incredible to watch. My yard is actually dry now. That is wonderful. Thank you for your professionalism and a job well done. We'll see you hopefully in three years to clean out the tank.

They were the least expensive I could find. They gave me a discount because of all the troubles I had getting them to the house. My first appointment was April 6th. The septic system was finally pumped on May 14th. My first appointment, April 6th, they were late and said that I had to have my utilities marked before they would dig. They said that they would handle the utility marking service. Several phone calls and 2 weeks later, the utilities were still not marked. I had to call and schedule the service myself. After the utilities were marked, I called for an appointment for May 10th. They never showed and did not called to say they wouldn't be there. On May 11th, they said they would come between 4 & 6 PM. They would call and confirm at 3PM. I called them at at 3;20 PM and the dispatcher told me that they had already left the area. We were finally successful on May 14th. They were courteous and efficient once they arrived. I was reluctant to use them because of all the troubles I had. But, they were the least expensive and saving money is my bottom line.

It took 3 tries to get the scheduling correct. They showed up on time but only got half the job done that they estimated they would complete. Second appointment to finish the job took 3 phone calls to make they did not return my call as requested. They called 2 hour after scheduled time to say they will be 2 hour s late again. Basically they are capable just not organized.

"We apologize for the confusion and delay you encountered. Our new vacuum truck went down and was towed to our Kenworth Dealer. They told us it would be ready 3 different days and when we did pick it up it broke down again before we could get to a call. Its a problem with the DEF Exhaust Emissions and shuts the unit down. Our office and dispatch was stressing to the Truck Dealer about the negative feedback and calls they have scheduled and business we are losing due to the NEW TRUCK being out of service. We sincerely apologize for the delay and confusion and will happily issue you a credit for 25% for this to show our commitment to customer satisfaction. Everyday we give 100% to our customers and understand and appreciate their feedback. Good or Bad, we understand we are not perfect and never have a perfect day to say. Everyone hates to spend money on broken things & we get that. Thats's why we always give free estimates & diagnosis Upfront. The pump cost $149.00 and change, So we gave a Free Estimate Onsite & Diagnosis after crawling under the home to determine the pump was indeed bad for $349.25 installed with warranty. We were quoted $475 and when the bill came for the same amount of work that was quoted it was $727.50. The work was great but why is your quote so far off?

"When we arrived you told us you were pumping the septic tank every 2 weeks for your business due to drainfield issues. We informed you the tank was over full and we would pump the tank, however if the truck pumps more or gets full you will be charged according to how many gallons we pumped over the 1500 quoted. We arrived empty and left with 2350 gallons of septic. Your septic system has failed and needs repaired or replaced, you explained you wanted to wait for sewer which is coming soon due to highway expansion and you would pump as needed until then. Our price was given upfront before we pumped and since our truck only holds 3000 gallons as well as most everyones else's we would have to go dump & wastewater plant before we could pump again for any other customer. 3000 gallon truck, 2350 on the truck from your failing septic system at your business, leaves us 650 gallons. Every tank is atleast 1000 gallons. We apologize if you did not clearly understand our pricing upfront. I do believe you are on the schedule to fix your septic system with us now however. We always appreciate the feedback & reviews . We strive to always keep 100% satisfaction and we will ask how to better improve our services."

We did explain this upfront with the correct price to repair your septic system along with pumping the septic tank at the same price we originally quoted.
