Chris the owner and his team were great to work with, transparent up front about pricing, did a great job and took the time to explain exactly what work would need done. As a first time septic system owner I appreciated the communication and explanation. Thanks Septic Pro! Would definitely use them again for future septic needs.

His team were professionally motivated the whole time, they got the job done well and quickly., We met the owner Chris and he was hands on, telling us each step he was taking, and making sure we understood the whole process. He made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and told us to call him if we had any questions, etc.. We are very, very happy with the job, and we can tell a big difference in our system now that it is working properly!!! Five Stars and More.. :)

Chris did a fantastic job for us this morning! He listened as I described our septic system problem, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommend checking things first. He found our tank lid in short order and quickly dug a small section of our yard, keeping the sod and dirt on a tarp. Our septic tank needed pumping and withn 30 minutes he was done! He meticulously replaced the soil and sod - no muss no fuss. We can hardly tell he was there. Extremely nice and professional, our experience was the best. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use his service again if needed. Thanks Chris!!

We contacted Chris at Septic Pro on a Thursday morning and he was able to come out the same morning due to an opening in his schedule. He was able to diagnose our problem with our septic drain issue promptly and provided us with options to fix the problem the same day.
