Cannot say enough about these guys. Showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. Fixed pricing model was nice to not worry about about suprises or hidden fees. Wound up having them inspect/pump a second house I own across the street. In that one (60 years old) we did find a broken secondary box but they showed it all to me in detail, fixed it next day at a very reasonable price. In both cases they cleaned up the hole they dug with the backhoe and left it just like when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

Although they were late due to problems encountered at the pumping station, once they got here they were efficient and professional.

it was the Sunday before Christmas and i needed an emergency pump out, and Rudy "the Poopy Santa" came right out, in the rain, and did the work. He's a true professional, great with customers, and he stayed true to his promise of a flat rate without any hidden costs. I will be recommending this service provider to everyone. I have nothing negative to say about this experience.

Rudy was a very nice person, very professional and the price he quoted was the actual price, no hidden fees like some other companies would charge. While at first glance someone might think they're paying more, they need to consider if there are any "hidden charges" from those other companies. Rudy was very down-to-earth and honest and I would highly recommend him to do work for anyone else. I will definitely use Septic Pros, LLC again and am so glad I found this company!

Our septic issue presented them with quite the challenge. Septic Pros was the first to call within minutes after I had inquired on Home Advisor. Rudy and Jonathan came within just a couple of days and both worked very hard under the blistering September sun. They were both extremely professional and courteous. The price was right and fair!

They pumped out our septic. Said we would probably need a new field. I procrastinated and then we DID need a new field. Their quote was quite a bit higher than another one we got. However, the other company made a huge mess of our yard. We paid them to seed it, but the grading was so sloppy and lumpy we had to have it redone. We should have paid the higher price.

Both these men confronted every challenge with a can do! attitude. They accomplished the mission. I m ex military.
