I hired them for developing new septic field first. Within one year the system was clogged. They say it's grease dumping but cannot provide pictures. They charged me over $875 for fixing the clogging and empty the tank. What's alarming is that they didn't know that the tank was sealed off by cement and also charged me for multiple trips to get the proper tools. Why am I supposed to pay for the tool trip that you didn't prepare for your work?

Ed installed a Hoot Septic System and we have a service agreement in which he is to come out every 3 months and make sure everything is serviced and the filters are cleaned. My house is less than a year old. Every 3 months I have issues with sewage backing up in my shower and toilets. He never rings a doorbell or leaves a note even when he tells me that he has already come out. He has countless excuses. I do not recommend!
