About us
Septic Surgeons, Inc. is Northeast Ohio’s trusted family-owned septic restoration specialist, proudly serving local homeowners for over 27 years with an A+ Rating on the Better Business Bureau and hundreds verified jobs completed. - When your septic system backs up, traditional contractors will tell you there’s only one option: dig up your yard and drop $20,000 to $30,000+ on a full replacement. We do things differently. We specialize in Terralift®, a revolutionary, non-invasive technology that restores failing leach fields without digging up your property. By inserting a high-pressure probe beneath the ground, Terralift shoots controlled bursts of compressed air directly into the soil, shattering bio-mat sludge, breaking up compaction, and instantly restoring proper drainage. - Save $16,000–$26,000+ compared to full excavation - Zero Yard Destruction—keep your landscaping, driveways, and lawns intact - Done in Hours, not days of heavy construction - Backed by Our 1-Year Guarantee

"Thats interesting. I gave her a price, and clearly stated the price included ALL the work that may have been needed, and that we would only repair what needed completed for safe environmental operation. The client had sewage back ups. Im very happy she managed to find another contractor who completed the job. Im wondering if that contractor is licensed, bonded and insured. If I do work I deduct the service call charge. The service call charge was clearly stated before I went to the property, and 40 plus years experience I drove by this property and a new system has been installed. I spent over an hour explaining her options and pricing. I sincerely hope she and her family did well.."
"Pump failure and alarm sounding was the reason for the inquiry. Explained we don't do electronic service work. That requires a "service contractor" who is licensed to perform that type of work. I'm guessing Andrew K was concerned that he did not receive a call from someone licensed to do the work."
