A very good experience with Jeff and his crew. Jeff was very helpful and cooperative in the planning and design process. Jeff and his crew came to the house when they said they would and did a very thorough and professional installation of the new chimney cap and the sealing of the chimney itself.

He did not show up for the first appointment we had with him and he did not return several phone calls. Once I reached him he told me his truck was being repaired and our contact information was left in the truck. Once he made a new appointment he showed up in time and did a good job.

These guys were very professional, honest, and knowledgeable about chimneys. My chimney posed some unknown problems and they dealt with them in stride and got the job done in a timely fashion. Their rates seemed very good compared to other quotes I received and overall I had a good experience with Jeff and his crew.
