"Hi Peter, We appreciate all client feedback; however, we do want to provide additional context regarding this service for transparency. The initial quote was based on the information and photos originally provided. Once service began, our technician encountered significantly heavier buildup, staining, and bodily fluid/blood-related detailing on multiple upholstery pieces that required a far more extensive restoration process than initially anticipated. During service, additional time needs were communicated prior to the end of the first session, and you acknowledged both the condition of the items and the level of detail being provided. You also expressed directly that Amber did an amazing and professional job on the furniture serviced. Amber ultimately worked approximately seven hours while only four hours were initially billed during the first visit. The follow-up quote provided was strictly for the remaining unfinished items and additional labor necessary to complete the restoration process properly ? not to ?redo? completed work. At no point were you charged for unapproved hours, and additional services were discussed before moving forward. When you decided not to continue with the remaining pieces, we respectfully removed you from the schedule with no further obligation. We always strive to be transparent, fair, and solution-oriented, and we stand behind the quality and professionalism of the work completed."

We do want to clarify that many of the concerns outlined were not communicated to us at the time of service, which limited our ability to address or correct them in real time. When concerns are brought to our attention during or immediately after service, we are always willing to provide solutions. Regarding the incident mentioned, safety is a priority for both our clients and our team. Based on the information provided at the time, there were differing accounts of how the situation occurred and pets were not secured during service per our terms of service. As a business, we are required to follow standard protocol when an on-site injury is reported, and we have done so. We also acknowledge there were scheduling challenges, and adjustments were made to accommodate the appointment. We made efforts to remain communicative and continue service in good faith. We value transparency and continuous improvement, and we wish you the best moving forward."

No concerns were shared at the time of service in November 2025 and it is now February 2026.
