We have been using Serenity are four years! We find them to be an exceptional company with well-trained employees oh, we recently worked with Drew who exceeded our expectations!

I was charged $285.00 for a heat pump capacitor, a part I discovered I could buy on Amazon for $14.95. Pure gouging! The company did worked out a partial refund.

Fix was easy and completed quickly.

Serenity Air is an excellent business. I trust whatever they say because they are technically competent and always try to save you money. Donâ  t waste time looking for another company. You wonâ  t find anyone better and could easily end up with a company that does not live up to the high standards of this company. I worked with a company with a French sounding name and they were aggressive and charged for a problem they could not fix. Serenity Air made several trips to my home without charging me until they fixed the problem. Then they charged less than the company that could not fix the problem. You cannot go wrong with Serenity Air!

They were great, I would recommend to anyone.

After a miss diagnosis on our heater and paying for labor. They came back and fixed all issues within days. Reimbursed all charged fees and made sure we were happy with everything. Professional and personal. Great local company.

Serenity Air was very knowledgeable of our Trane system and explained things I didn t know about it s operation and our thermostat. Luke was very professional and now I am assured the heater and air conditioner are safe and performing at their best.

The tech that we had showed great integrity by admitting lack of knowledge of our furnace brand and thinking we had an issue that we in fact didn't. He came back rechecked after speaking to other techs and didn't charge for the recheck..

Benjamin was professional and very nice. He told me that his goal was to get my system working at it s best. He talked to me throughout the process, explaining what he was doing. He was very thorough. I was really impressed overall.

Came out the day we called. Knowledgeable and professional technician serviced our AC unit in under 1/2 hour. Will use them again in the future.

Technician was at my home to inspect my non- working furnace within 2 hours of phone call to company. He was very courteous and able to quickly identify & repair the problem. He made sure all of my questions were addressed. I recommend Serenity Air.

Our furnace/heat pump system experienced a power surge which knocked out the whole system. It took a couple of days to fully diagnose the problem and make the repairs which were very challenging. The technicians were very professional and empathized with our concern as the colder weather was arriving. Their response was outstanding! I highly recommend Serenity Air for their integrity and customer service.

The heating system quit during the night, and i called Shawn, and he went to over thing to test, and none of them worked. His crew came out and found that the main board was done for. Our heat pump system was 13 years old, and after checking everything out, it was going to be just a band aid to repair. We talked in length about a complete replacement would be best. Not what you want to hear, but the truth is best. So much difference in the new system, and very happy at what Shawn and his crew did. Very professional in their work, and cleaned everything. Great company to have on your side.

Pretty standard stuff, performing a service on the furnace. That said, the technician arrived right on schedule, was polite, offered answers to questions and left a good impression.
