Very professional and very affordable.

They told me they would send three men and they sent two. The two who arrived were not aware of the list of items I meticulously filled out and submitted weeks before the move, and the disconnect was costly. Also, cherished items were broken.

I had planned to write a review last year after our move (September 2020). However I felt it was important to recommend such a professional moving company that focuses on customer care and gets the job done without any problems. Max was my contact person and he delivered on all of his promises. He is a pleasure to work with along with his team of movers. They were fast, efficient and very considerate of our requests. We would highly recommend them.

Max was so very patient with my numerous phone calls and changes. The team worked like a fine tuned machine. Even though they were short a person they made sure that everything was wrapped and handled with the utmost care. I recommend them very highly.

Max was great about following up and allowing some flexibility with exactly what I had to move. The movers Felipe, Sergio & Marcos were friendly, patient, and handled everything very professionally. I'm going to move from my storage into a new place and plan on using them again.

His movers Teddy , and Smitty and the two other guys on their team were awesome, and treated our furniture with the best care possible. There's a reason they are called Serenity Movers. These guys are good. I had numerous oddly shaped items that needed to be placed in boxes and they made it all work. Not one item was broken and I was transporting a lot of glass and fragile objects. Bravo, Serenity. I would highly recommend you to anyone moving. It was a pleasure to work with your mask-wearing, polite movers. Safety, communication, and efficiency were their top concerns. There were no surprises at the end in terms of the cost. Everything was clearly stated. This was the easiest and best move of my life!!!!

Moving can be SO stressful, especially in Brooklyn, but this moving company made it so easy and stress-free. The team was professional, quick, and efficient. My new and old apartment were 3rd-floor walkups, and they moved everything with ease and without damage (including my massive Ikea wardrobe!). Maxwell was very responsive and easy to book with, and the onsite moving team was friendly and experienced. Would definitely use them for future moves, and couldn't recommend more!

I've lived in 5 different apts in NYC in 15 years and I've only ever moved with Serenity Movers. Maxwell is so wonderful to speak to- his calming voice immediately helps you to feel less stressed about your move. He's professional and so organized. Moving went so well! Tim and his team were amazing. They really had a tough job getting all of my furniture and boxes down two flights of very narrow stairs. I'm grateful for their professionalism and for wrapping my grandmother's furniture (which is very sentimental to me) so well. Really grateful for a smooth moving day and a wonderful team of movers.

This was the most painless experience ever. First making the appointment with Max that I had to change a couple of time, He was always so very nice to me saying he would make it work. Then on Monday morning at 9:30 sharp the foreman come to map out there plan and the races were off. These men were professional and courteous. They worked there jobs like it was a hobby no complaining or this not going to work they made whatever work to our benefit. That included them finishing the job in less time allotted and that saved us money. I would definitely would recommend Serenity Movers. They are the best.

They broke my 42 Flat screen TV, broke a mirror frame, left a closet full of clothes in my old apartment and scratched up a new wood floor in my new apt. They were a half hour late and one of the movers was on his cell phone half the time. They did not want to unpack my mattress and box spring because they wanted to go home.

Maxwell was extremely curteous, helpful and well organized. The movers were pleasant and hard working. It was a great experience and would use them again.

This company was great. They moved everything in a timely manner they put things together correctly they even fixed a broken leg on my dresser. I would highly highly recommend them very professional all had masks on and they were great. When I got the final price it was less than the original estimate. Having had bad experiences in the past I was very skeptical however they were on time and I have nothing negative to say about them and would highly recommend them to anybody who is moving either locally or nationally

Professionally moved. We did not know what to expect. All the furniture was wrapped in blankets pictures stored in boxes TVs stored in boxes. Very friendly staff.
