This was an awful experience. I reached out to this company in early October for a playground installation project that would take place on 12/23. We signed a contract proposal and everything was fine. Last week I reached out to Ben to see if we were still on for 12/23 and Ben told assured me we were. Ok 12/21 I get a email from Ben not even a phone call , but a email telling me they could not complete the project due to staff taking off for the holidays. Wow is this how their business is ran? I emailed him back saying can the job not be completed after the holidays and received no response back. Luckily I got in contact with All star home improvements who was able to come out on short notice and make my daughter Christmas Day perfect with her new playground.
