The men that came were very nice and did good job. Only problem they were told to come a different time that I was told. They called and I was here so all is good. Glad to get the leaked showed done with new seals.

Service was prompt and courteous, but that is about as far as it goes. We had a water heater replaced. When the technician emptied the original tank, he didn't run a hose out from the garage to the grass. Instead, he let it empty inside the garage, which now has rust stains on the floor from the water. They installed a Rheem water heater, which works well...when the pilot light stays lit. I have had to relight this unit three times since in three months. I recently called American Plumbing, since this now seems to be a problem with the unit, and was informed I had to call Rheem for them to send out a technician to address the issue. After a lengthy discussion with an upline supervisor, and me insisting that they should stand behind the products they install, they agreed to initiate the call to Rheem. Other reviews look to be very positive, so I may just be that occasional hiccup all business have, but I will not use American Plumbing again...after the water heater is fixed. Unfortunately, this is my first experience with using HomeAdvisor. Makes me wonder if I will use that service again as well.

I had a leak in a copper line in the crawl space. I submitted it on Home Advisor and within 5 minutes i received a call from American Plumbing. I told her we were going out of town later that day so I needed the service as soon as possible. The plumber was on site at my house in less than 90 minutes. Very professional and performed the job quickly. The price was a little on the high side but to me well worth it since they showed up so quickly.

The young man who did the work was not stupid, but he seemed to have little experience with sump pumps! Because of his inexperience, he had to return to make corrections in his repair, and that meant his coming back the next day. This job became more of a hassle than it should have been!

They charged me 315.00 which a certified plumber later told me it was a 75.00 job at most. I've feel like I've been totally ripped off and no one from the cpmpany will call me back. I will never reccomend AMERICAN PLUMBING OR HOME ADVISOR EVER AGAIN. IN FACT I'M REPORTING YOU BOTH TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Matt was prompt & courteous, even when things didn't go as planned. I'd say he is an asset to American Plumber. I will definitely utilize this company again if the need arises :)

They were on time, very courteous and knowledgeable about the job to be performed but $250.00 to replace a wax ring on a commode is just way off base for me. I will not hire them again.

Very professional personnel have been involved in our project. This is a work in progress on the bathroom remodel with two other larger project that have been planned and in place after the bath remodels are completed.

Promp, ontime and excellent communication.

He tried to tell us there was no clock in our plumbing that our pipes were sagging. My husband was able to go underneath the house and find the plug and get rid of it. Since then we have had no problems with our plumbing. He tried to use scare tactics to make a pay for something we did not need.

Snaking the main water pipe 10 FT and trying the camera with no concrete results - $ 370.

The work was flawless. The crew was very friendly. They are going to try to sell you their membership package.

They were great. Came right out on a Sunday and got my supply line repaired and my water back on and at a reasonable price.

The repairs to the very old pipes for the bathroom sink were completed quickly and the technicians were very prompt and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Don't let them in until you get an estimate.
