We purchased the complete system replace in 1982 house . This was repair work for a valve that went out . Came on Saturday a few hours after we called . When the part cane in , they gave us a window of 2-6 . He showed up very timely at 2:30 .

I originally hired Serveway and had my service window scheduled between 3-7pm. Around 5pm I started receiving emails stating they tried numerous attempts to reach me and that I would need to reschedule. In double checking my phones (home and cell), I did not have any missed calls from them. I proceeded to reschedule for the following week. They arrived as expected and were both friendly and professional. I ordered a tune up for my AC units (2), they proceeded to ask if I had been having any problems. I did have a rusting drain pan that I needed to be checked if there was a larger problem. They came back that everything on my unit was working so no work needed to be done except the coils which were a result of the rusting drain pan. They quoted me a price of $3200 to replace the coils and pans, and recommended me to hire a plumber to flush the pipes for now. I ended up finding someone I knew in the HVAC business to see if the $3200 request was reasonable for coil replacement. I did end up having this second service come out and check the coils and pan. They blew out the lines and checked the coils. The emergency pan was rusted (no surprise), but the coils and primary pan were fine. All coils have a certain amount of rust by the nature of their condensation process. It was primarily a pipe issue that was explained to me in more detail with an annual maintenance action outlined that I could handle myself. A couple of couplings were put in so I can snake the housing pipe (not an AC pipe issue) for prevention. The AC is working fine and saved $3500 by not listening to Serveway.

They seemed up front and honest in giving me more than one option to meet my budget. They did the work quickly and even added extra freon on at no charge to get our AC through the night until they came the next day to install a new coil.

Devon and Ryan are awesome. They are very professional. Identify the problem that I have been questioning the previous 3 AC companies in the past but noone can give the solid reasons. We end up change two Coil of the HVAC, install UV light and Air duct cleaning. The installation team is professional, clean up after the work. I like that they always call prior of arrival which seems to be a simple things that most AC company can not do. (seriously)

My a/c unit is in the attic and I don't do attics. I asked Serveway to come check what size filter to buy, and to replace the filter. The people who came had terrible body odor, complained about how hot the attic was, then told me that they don't carry the size filter. I paid them and they left. Then I called a different company, who came out immediately and put in the right size filter I needed, which just happened to be different from what Serveway said I needed. So, all in all, they lied to me, and I was very disappointed that I had to pay for a service call, when they actually did nothing!
