Roy was quite the professional, but at the same time very down to earth and friendly. He did my work on the weekend and I had to leave him at my house with his worker because I went to work for a few hours, but everything was fine. I trusted him and I would definitely recommend him for a bathroom remodel. He even told me he does other things too, so I’ll probably call him back soon for Handyman work. He is very trustworthy. He was in my house working while I was at work. Got the exact diagnosis. He wanted 85. I gave him a hundo. Cant trust alot of people anymore. I highly recommend his service. Great job MR. Hope you get alot of business and stay busy.

My dishwasher stopped one day, dead as a doornail, and Roy was the most considerate, affordable option to come check it out. I was prepared to accept it might be wiser to buy a new one, and he, thought it brought NO profit to him, helped me determine the best solution. He was friendly, helpful, and even spent extra time helping me pick which new dishwasher to order from NFM. He installed it forme when it was delivered (and even made friends with one of my cats). I can't recommend his service enough!

We had a great experience with Service 1. They did an exceptional job, were professional and reliable, and made the entire process easy. I would definitely use them again.
