Very professional and courteous with excellent and timely work. Aden was the primary worker and outstanding. Made sure everything was completed in its entirety and the work area cleaned better then it was before he arrived. Very personable and completed the work at a reasonable price. No change orders pushing the price upwards. Very knowledgeable and the ability to communicate effectively without exaggerated fear to enlarge scope of work. Real pleasure to work with. I recommend highly this man and therefore the company he represents.

Got a quote from other company on the cost to replace the A/C coil unit. They offered to waive the service fee and came to take a look. Price is also a lot cheaper than the other reputable company. Glad I contacted them.

Had a guy come out because we had water damage on the ceiling. He told me everything was fine with the unit and drainage and the AC was not causing the problem. I called a roofer to check and see what could be the problem. He said the drainage for the ac was clogged and it was drawing through the overflow line. He also said the unit was directly above the affected area and overflow from the drain pan was the cause of the problem. I will never use this company again and Home Advisor will not be the first place I go to to look for help.

Roberto did a meticulous job installing the REME Halo unit in the air handler. I checked with him several times during the process and he explained what he was doing and why. The wiring of our FAU was not standard so he spent some time tracing everything and was able to determine how it needed to be done and completed the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Today I had Roberto come over and help me with my new upstairs thermostat that wasn’t working. He went into the attic, under the house, and everywhere around to find out exactly what was wrong with my system and what needed to be fixed. Gave me insight as well on what I should do in the future for my HVAC system to keep running well and with clean filters. Overall he fixed my thermostat and was great to work with and I’d definitely recommend All Stars Heating and Roberto to anyone.

The Service All Stars team of professionals provided an outstanding level of customer care and performance I had not experienced in years. Their attention to installation detail was remarkable. Not only was a new heating furnace installed, a custom fabricated air plenum was created and wrapped with insulation material to perfection. The heating unit cabinet was also neatly insulated and chalked to completion. Stated again, outstanding customer care, performance and workmanship quality. Ask for Ron (manager) directly regarding your HVAC project. He will guide you to the right place with your service needs, all leading to very a positive experience with your project. Highly recommend this group of professionals.

Very happy with interactions with office staff and the crew that came out. The installation crew of Juan and Steven were right on time and worked continuously throughout the time they were at my home. Eduardo came later and was the finisher completing the dry walking and painting. They were all professional, polite and cleaned up beautifully. The office manager, scheduler and finance staff were courteous and returned calls promptly.I definitely recommend Service All Stars!
