Service Bros. Carpet Cleaning, LLC

Professional, friendly and thorough!

Great carpet cleaning company

Josh came in and cleaned the carpets of my new home before we moved in. He quoted me from the pictures from our homes listing and stuck to that estimate. He was in and out in two hours and sent me a text when he was done and letting me know he locked up the house. The amount of communication and care made me feel like I hired a friend. He made this experience easy and enjoyable. I will be a repeat customer absolutely.

Military vet, thorough, on time and did an excellent job on difficult carpet stains! Great value for cost of service!

Very friendly. explained process of cleaning our carpet. Will definitely call back to clean our carpet next time. Highly recommend.

Great job. Found time in his busy schedule to fit in an urgent request. Very respectful of the property and tenants. Very pleasant to work with and did outstanding work at a reasonable price.

Very prompt called to let me know they we're on the way. Did a great job. Will use them again..

Really spent a lot of time getting our carpets clean. I felt Service Bros. gave us excellent service!

There was confusion on how Home Advisor matches for jobs and our communication. I was under the impression that he would repair the chipping grout, prior to cleaning and sealing. The cleaning and sealing actually resulted in more grout chipping out, especially around the tub which is what was the main point of the service. So will have to pay additional money to get the work done I actually needed. Next time, I will be sure they understand that the job is to replace the grout that is missing and chipping out. Then clean and seal. That is the only reason for the value rating. I paid for something that was unnecessary. When the grout is repaired they will already do a cleaning and sealing as part of the job. I am not sure how we misunderstood each other since there was an in home estimate and showing of the issue. He did a great job on cleaning the ottoman, couch but I added that as an extra. It was not the main part of the job since I bought a upholstery cleaner and some solution for hard water and was going to clean myself. Very nice young man. Was a tad late.

Josh did an excellent job on our carpets. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and answered all questions. Our carpets haven't looked so good in many years. Would definitely recommend him, as well as Service Bros!

Lived up too all other reviews , will use him again.

Courteous & on-time. Josh dressed, looked, and spoke professional. Also cleaned out my dryer vents & gave me some good advice for future cleanings.

Very professional. I was very impressed with how everything looked when finished. Would recommend highly and will definitely use Service Bros again

They did a really great job making sure every part of the upholstery and carpet was well cleaned and did not miss any spots
