Service Champions

We have known for awhile that our HVAC system was well past its reasonable service lifetime. Service Champions has been inspecting and servicing our system for several years now and doing a remarkable job in extending the life of the system. However, the most recent inspection showed imminent failure of the heat exchanger which was a major safety issue; system replacement was recommended. Each and every Technician working on our old system and installing the new one were top-notch: courteous, respectful, very professional, and knew what they were doing, They also have spectacular customer service. We are given a window of the expected arrival of the technician(s) and receive a text when they are on the way to the job site. It only took 5 hours for three (3) technicians to do my HVAC install. They cleaned up any mess and fully explained the mechanics of the system and my new digital thermostat. It turned out, following inspection, that the Freon level was slightly low. This possibility was explained by the installing Tech and was due to the cold December temperature on the day of installation. Ben Baker came out today to top off the Freon, and we're now waiting for the Building Inspector. Great job, and we will continue our "membership" to keep our new system in peak operating condition.

Kyle Mills was the technician to perform this service. He was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and an excellent representative for Service Champions. In addition to servicing our new furnace which Service Champions installed, he checked the water heater and panel boards. He arranged an appointment with their electrical team. Bottomline, I was very pleased with Kyle's work.

Service Champions is a great company. From the estimator of the work to the installers. They are top-notch and they are very professional and know what they are doing. Sam, our technician, was extremely responsive to all our questions and thorough in his inspection. He explained the repairs he performed and what action we should take should we have a repeat of the problem. He also suggested options for the future. We have used Service Champions for the last 2 years and find them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable.

Amber was knowledgeable and checked out my heating system. She check the intake and return vents to verify the temperature differential was appropriate. She advised what action I should take should I have a repeat of the problem in the future. This company has always served me well.

Anthony G. with Service Champions is an excellent technician. He is the good standard for what should be expected when it comes to service, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. He informed me every step of the process during the tuneup service for my furnace and AC. He was efficient and thorough with changing out filters, assessing the airflow issues and his diagnostic skills were spot-on for determining the reason the AC wasn’t cooling the house. I want to request him for all future service.

Service Champions have been keeping my house warm and/or cool for 25 years. They are reliable, prompt, and knowledgeable. They have installed a water heater, in home heater, and air conditioning system. Their team is always thoughtful and helpful. And, when my old heater went out in the winter, they were there the next day with a new system.

I have had their service for over 25 years. Always prompt, knowledgeable and worth every penny. They came out today to replace batteries in my CO2 alarm because I did not know how to do it! They showed me how and replaced the batteries!

They have serviced our HVAC system for 16 years. It is time to update it with a higher efficiency system. The proposed new system answers our concerns, was priced right, and will be instslled tomorrow. We just hit a hole in thier schedule!
