Service Doctor

Sorry this is a bit late but we would like to let you know that we appreciate the work that Chris and your company did for us. I was a superintendent for a large electrical contractor in Lansing for a number of years and know about good quality workmanship. We did commercial,industrial and residential work. Every part of the job Chris did for us, prep,actual work and clean up were done very professionally. I would not hesitate to hire a young man with Chris’s work ethic.

Prompt response to start the project. Great customer service. I saw a minor blemish on my tub after it was dry and asked that something be done. They quickly scheduled a repair visit and took care of the issue.

The surface was uneven and some grout areas where missed on our bathtub painting. They responded promptly and sent the technician out again. Still some issues after they left that I think may just be I expected too much from the paint.

The tec was very polite and did an excellent time. He was at the house before I got there and stated all the steps he was going to take to resurface the bath tub, it turned out great!

I will need Service Doctor again to complete other bathrooms in my home. They were excellent! I will recommend them to my friends and family.
