Install crew arrived on schedule. Did full replacement of 20 yr old HVAC system. It works flawlessly now. During consultation Chris did a detailed walk through before hand to make sure infrastructure was configured correctly for best functionality. During installation, crew ran into a few snags because of custom oddities in our home build and quirks with the old system. Occasional colorful language was expressed when they ran into something frustrating so I'm glad my kid wasn't home and it ebbed my confidence with them a tiny bit. At the end of a 12hr+ install day everyone was understandably tired. So a few things got overlooked like some minor housekeeping items and finishing details. One of the trucks with all of our product serial numbers/paper work left early and was brought back to us during our scheduled vent cleaning a few days later. Overall though, very friendly crew. They did very solid, quality work and overcame some setbacks with resolve and very practical solutions. I think it was just an off day with some unique circumstances. The only real thing I was left wanting on was some post-install follow-up and/or inspection to make sure everything was honored and completed per consult agreement (i.e. there was an old intake in the basement that was supposed to be capped and wasn't until someone came back for vent cleaning). Very genuine people. Just wrap up was a little hasty.

Also known as Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning. I hired this company to replace a leaky relief valve in a rental home boiler. They arrived on site, treated the tenants poorly, looked at the boiler for 10 minutes and commented 'I don't know how to work on a boiler this old' and left. In the meantime I called the office 5 times on the day of appointment, Friday', the main office had no information on the visit. The office did call me once for directions, I called back and immediately responded. This is an important fact as I was told the tech could not reach me. At 4:30pm on Friday a message was left by the Longmont office manager, with no information about the visit. No one contacted my Monday. I called 3 times on Tuesday before I received a response. The manager for Longmont office was rude, refused to fix the boiler suggesting I need to replace it and threatened to go down to my home and shut down the heating system. He also noted that the technician called me twice on Friday and could not reach me. Apparently they do not leave messages and do not show up on the cell phone call roster as my contact number was a cell. Apparently they forget that technology tracks every call. This company was rude, unprofessional and I would not recommend using them for your service needs. In the end I hired another company, they came out fixed the leaky valve and everything is as it should be.

The salesperson neglected to tell me critical information about using the furnace that would have changed my mind about purchasing if I had known it.

After we queried HomeAdvisor, Tony D, contacted us and invited us to drop by a home show in Longmont. Other contractors had visited and left bids, but Tony did a detailed analysis of the house that explained how a problem with the duct design limited heat distribution. We purchased the Lennox high efficiency furnace, a central AC (house never had it) and replaced our aged water heater. Installers modified duct work. Our house now heats evenly with the quietest furnace we have ever experienced. We are pleased & confident about our new "physical plant." We highly recommend Service Experts.

First time cleaning our vents and ducts. They did a good job. Just thought it was a little expensive.

He did a great job explaining things to me, I just cannot afford to install AC right now. I do however need to have my furnace services. Sylvia Cage
