They installed a new a/c system. Terrible experience. Took them THREE tries to get it right! They actually installed the WRONG unit the first time. If I had not checked the model numbers they probably would have gotten away with it. Had to come back out and re-install the correct unit.Upon completion I was told that the thermostat that they originally installed would not work with the unit they had just put in. Did not have the correct thermostat & had to order it. Technician comes back to install thermostat,says the wires are not installed correctly and has to redo the wiring all the while telling my wife what a crumby thermostat he was installing. The icing on the cake was the rebate from our power company. The original contract for the job showed an incentive of $500.00 which they were subtracting from the price of the equipment and install. The actual rebate after they finally got the right unit installed was $575.00 but the price of the job didn't drop one red cent. Go figure. I never want this company on my property again and I urge anyone that reads this to take warning. If you have had equipment installed by them in the past I urge you to check the model #'s to make sure that you got what you paid for.The only good part of the experience is the equipment. I highly recommend the Lennox hsx19. Very quiet and works wonderfully.
