Isaiah came out and did the inspection in a very professional manner describing all the parts and problems. A job that was supposed to take two days was done very professionally in four and a half hours. The other gentleman showed up within an hour and completed the work. Iâ m very pleased with my system and the cleanup. Thanks to all the men who acted very professional while on my property thatâ s important to me.

Service 1st Pros installed a brand-new AC in our home in June 2023. Less than a year later, on the Friday before Memorial Day 2024, it broke, and now, after months of giving us the run-around, they want to charge us $5000 on top of the $13000 we already paid them for a unit that is still under warranty. Why? Because they installed it incorrectly and want us to pay for their mistake. This debacle began in May, when we spent more than two weeks without central air in our house while the central office sent technician after technician out to fix it. They eventually got the air running back in parts of our house, but air still wasnâ t flowing properly in our kitchen and dining room, even when the unit was turned up high. Through July and August, the central office continued to give us the run around, sending out technicians to examine the unit, but only after my fiance called them several times. Eventually, they determined that the initial unit â which they installed â had been installed incorrectly. To fix the problem they caused, Service First Pros quoted us $5000, on top of the $13000 we already paid them to install the unit in the first place. The unit and labor is supposed to be under warranty. On top of this, my fiance had asked to speak to a manager or supervisor about our continuing issues, but the office keeps getting the admin assistants or a technician to call us. Their managers are cowards who donâ t want to speak to or deal with customers. I am thankful for the technicians, who have been courteous and understanding about the problems. But the management is horrible. I wish weâ d never used Service First Pros.

Service First sent technician Nick to our home to diagnose (and ultimately the repair) of our air conditioning unit. Nick was prompt, courteous, and extremely thorough in walking us through the problem. He also took his time explaining the suggested solution(s) to us, as well as helped give us some additional insight on how to help keep our unit working at its best. Thank you!

Isaiah and Bryan were professional and friendly. It was easy to get a same day appt. I received confirmation of appt with picture. They call 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They wore shoe covers which was appreciated. They discovered what my previous servicer didnâ t. Lesson learned. I will only use Service 1st Pro going forward. They took time to explain the issue, how to avoid going forward, repair options with descriptions and prices, as well as methods of payment. And they were willing to schedule to start repairs on the same day. I HIGHLY recommend Service 1st Pro.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
