Service First is now the only roofing company I will use. Brian and his crew are professional, courteous, and fair. The estimate was extremely reasonable for re-roofing 2 properties, and the work was excellent. You can trust Service First roofing.

We hired Service First on June 6, 2018 to replace our roof, fence, and gutters. He did not complete our fence for over a year and the City started sending notices and posting warnings on our front door. We gave the City his name and number and he finally replaced our fence after kicking the can as much as he could. The fence is a total hack job. It is a full foot off the ground in certain places, crooked, warped boards, nails sticking out, gates don't close properly, etc. He didn't complete our roof until 21 months after we paid him to do the work and ONLY because I posted a comment online about the fact he hadn't done the work. He tried to cut corners by not removing the felt and checking the decking. Our satellite dish was left dangling from the roof. He hired the roofers the night before on Facebook and now they are harassing us because he hasn't paid them. Now he is refusing to replace our gutters even though it is part of our insurance claim. He had "offered" to call our insurance and impersonate my husband to request an extension. He has screamed at me, cussed me out, and has done this to EVERYONE I referred to him. I have lost friends and have strained family relationships as a result of his unethical behavior. His MO is to not finish jobs claiming the customer "threatened" him. His previous company, Regency Roofing, closed it's doors because he embezzled money. He always has an excuse. Google him for yourself.

Brian with Service First Roofing is an incredible asset. As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Rockwall, I am picky when it comes to taking care of my clients and time is usually of the essence. I know when I refer Brian with Service First, I don't have to worry about any issues.. It just gets handled. He has done it time and time again.

Service First Roofing and Construction completed my roof on time, on schedule, and most importantly on budget. I have gotten many compliments on my roof along with several commenting about how mine stands out from others in a good way.

Service First Roofing and Construction did a great job on my roof. They worked with Allstate and showed them the damage on my roof that they did not want to pay for. My roof looks beautiful and you couldn't even tell they were here except for the beautiful new roof. Thank you for a job well done!

Brian did a great job on my roof after a hailstorm damaged it. He came out and assessed the damage and verified that he felt it was damaged enough to get my insurance company to take a look. They agreed with him and issued a check for roof replacement. Brian handled it all! I didn't have to handle a thing. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Service First Roofing and Construction!
